These are the current minimum pay rates under the Building and Construction General On-site Award 2020 (MA000020), as published by the Fair Work Commission. They set the least an employer can pay someone the award covers. A contract or agreement can pay more, but not less.

Minimum pay rates
Full-time pay runs from $1,013.50 per week ($26.67 per hour) at the entry level up to $1,309.50 per week at the top, across 12 classifications. A few examples:

What else it sets
Penalty rates for weekends, public holidays and overtime.
48 allowances (for example Artificial stoneworker, carpenter and/or joiner, carpenter-diver, carver, bridge and wharf carpenter, floor sander, letter cutter, marble and slate worker, stonemason or tilelayer, Caster, fixer, floorlayer specialist or plasterer, Refractory bricklayer or bricklayer).
