Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $978.10 per week ($25.74 per hour) at the entry level up to $1,221.10 per week at the top, across 8 classifications. A few examples:

What else it sets

  • Penalty rates for weekends, public holidays and overtime.
  • 7 allowances (for example Junior apprentice proficiency payments - for the course requirement passed at that standard, Junior apprentice proficiency payments - for the second course requirement passed at that standard - instead of amount in clause 19.3(a)(i), Junior apprentice proficiency payments - for the third course requirement passed at that standard - instead of amount in clause 19.3(a)(ii)).
