Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $1,021.00 per week ($26.87 per hour) at the entry level up to $1,198.80 per week at the top, across 14 classifications. A few examples:

What else it sets

Penalty rates for weekends, public holidays and overtime.
35 allowances (for example Driver of low loader with GCM over 43 tonnes - for each extra tonne1, Driver of multi-axle platform trailing equipment with carrying capacity in excess of 100 tonnes - for each extra 10 tonnes in excess of 100 tonnes and up to 150 tonnes1, Driver of multi-axle platform trailing equipment with carrying capacity in excess of 100 tonnes - for each extra 10 tonnes in excess of 150 tonnes and up to 200 tonnes1).
