Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $978.10 per week ($25.74 per hour) at the entry level up to $1,325.70 per week at the top, across 9 classifications. A few examples:

What else it sets

  • Penalty rates for weekends, public holidays and overtime.
  • 12 allowances (for example Leading hands and supervisors, in charge of 1 to 5 employees - Full-time, Leading hands and supervisors, in charge of 1 to 5 employees - Other than full-time, Leading hands and supervisors, in charge of 6 to 10 employees - Full-time).
