These are the current minimum pay rates under the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010 (MA000100), as published by the Fair Work Commission. They set the least an employer can pay someone the award covers. A contract or agreement can pay more, but not less.

Full-time pay runs from $1,036.80 per week ($27.28 per hour) at the entry level up to $2,489.25 per week at the top, across 53 classifications. A few examples:
