Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $978.10 per week ($25.74 per hour) at the entry level up to $1,221.10 per week at the top, across 4 classifications. A few examples:

What else it sets

  • Penalty rates for weekends, public holidays and overtime.
  • 7 allowances (for example First aid allowance, Leading hand/in charge allowance - in charge of - 3 - 10 employees, Leading hand/in charge allowance - in charge of - 11 - 20 employees).
