Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $978.10 per week ($25.74 per hour) at the entry level up to $1,154.30 per week at the top, across 6 classifications. A few examples:

What else it sets

  • Penalty rates for weekends, public holidays and overtime.
  • 9 allowances (for example Stand-by allowance - Between normal finishing and starting time - Monday to Friday, Stand-by allowance - Saturday, Sunday and public holidays, Exhumation allowance).
