Alcoa Portland Aluminium smelter, Victoria. Covers AWU Operators (Operator A/B/C) in potroom, anode, smelting services, ingot mill / cast house and stores. Annualised total salary structure under clause 9: base salary (incorporating 5% Team Payment) plus shift allowance covering all disabilities, weekend and public holiday work on continuous shifts. Day workers 38h/wk; 12hr continuous shift averages 42h/wk over the cycle. 4 weeks annual leave (5 weeks for 7-day continuous shift workers). 76 to 84 hrs personal leave depending on roster.

Full-time pay runs from $1,150.19 per week ($54.77 per hour) at the entry level up to $2,628.77 per week at the top, across 15 classifications. A few examples:
