ALDI Stores enterprise agreement pay rates

This page lists the pay rates in the ALDI Stores enterprise agreement (AE522381). The agreement was approved by the Fair Work Commission and sets the minimum pay for the staff it covers. Who this agreement covers

Covers ALDI Brendale (QLD) Distribution Centre Warehouse Employees (Schedule 3 of the Agreement). Twenty-two Warehouse classifications across Flexible (rostered Mon-Sun) and Limited Roster (worker-nominated days) variants. Schedule 4 Transport and Distribution roles not included in this bundle. Rates are flat for the four-year nominal term (no anniversary increases).

Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $1,059.82 per week ($27.89 per hour) at the entry level up to $1,660.98 per week at the top, across 23 classifications. A few examples:
