Standard project-rate penalty pattern: OT 1.5x first 2hrs / 2.0x after, Saturday 1.5x first 2hrs / 2.0x after, Sunday 2.0x. Allowances: Travel $54.50/day, Site $5.45/hr. Manufacturing Award 2020 reference.
