Who this agreement covers

Alliance Group Darwin Pilots. Covers all Pilots (Captain and First Officer) whose Home Base is in Northern Territory and who fly the Relevant Aircraft - Fokker 70/100 or the Embraer E-jet Family (E170/E175/E190/E195 and E2 variants) - on regional charter / FIFO operations. Two related employers: Alliance Airlines Pty Ltd and Bravo Airlines Pty Ltd. Pay structure: 6 annualised Base Salary points (Captain/FO x 0-2 yrs / 2-5 yrs / 5+ yrs tenure, confirmed each 28-day Roster Period) + per-Flight-Hour Productivity Bonus above a 55 Flight-Hour Pre-determined threshold (FO $218.14/hr; Captain $344.77/hr).

Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $2,788.46 per week ($73.38 per hour) at the entry level up to $4,269.23 per week at the top, across 6 classifications. A few examples:
