Alliance Airlines Aircraft Engineers (Adelaide). Covers LAME (B1.1/B2 licence holders), AME, ALMW, Apprentices and Trade Assistants on Fokker 70/100 and Embraer E190 fleet supporting FIFO charter operations. 8 Engineer Levels keyed to CASA licence category, plus 4 apprentice stages across 4 shift patterns and 3 Trade Assistant levels across 4 shift patterns. Pay structure layers base salary (Table 2) + tenure (Table 3, capped per Table 4) + Category A authorisation payments (Table 5) + Late Shift 7% allowance (Table 6A).

Full-time pay runs from $634.35 per week ($16.69 per hour) at the entry level up to $3,548.99 per week at the top, across 52 classifications. A few examples:
