DNATA Catering & Retail Australia (Alpha Flight Services Pty Ltd, Emirates Group inflight-catering contractor). Covers kitchen, production, drivers, marshallers, stores and leading hands at Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth airports. Production classifications (Catering Attendants, Chefs, Stores) under Clause 47; Operations classifications (Marshallers, Drivers MR/HR, Operations Leading Hand) under Clause 48. Year 1 rates from first full pay period after 1 November 2024. Perth workers employed before 18 January 2018 are paid under Schedule A (Perth Legacy).

Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $933.66 per week ($24.57 per hour) at the entry level up to $1,354.32 per week at the top, across 29 classifications. A few examples:

Penalty rates for weekends, public holidays and overtime.
16 allowances (for example Permanent Night Shift Allowance (Catering Attendant L1), Transport Allowance, RDO Buy-out Loading (in lieu of RDO)).
