Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $1,109.22 per week ($29.19 per hour) at the entry level up to $2,812.00 per week at the top, across 71 classifications. A few examples:

What else it sets

  • 10 allowances (for example ee’s home centre or service, the employee will be paid a use of vehicle allowance of $0.99 per kilometre for a car and $0.35 per kilometre for a motorcycle., two separate shifts in a day, the employee will be paid a broken shift allowance of $19.72 per day for each day on which a broken shift is worked. For ex, mporarily fulfilling the role of Acting Centre Manager, a higher duties allowance of $3.00 per hour will apply, aligned to clause 20.2. Where a Bachelor-q).
