This page lists the pay rates in the Anglican Community Services (Anglicare) enterprise agreement (AE527821). The agreement was approved by the Fair Work Commission and sets the minimum pay for the staff it covers. The rates below are the agreement minimums; overtime, penalties and allowances can lift what you actually take home.
Anglicare Community and Housing covers community services, social housing, aged-care community programs, and disability support staff (NSW). 8 classification levels with 3-4 pay points each (27 pay points total). Above-SCHADS-Award rates with pay protection. Standard 38-hour week 6am-8pm Mon-Sun. Saturday/Sunday/Public Holiday penalty rates and shift loadings apply; OT structured as 1.5x first 3hrs Mon-Sat, 2.0x after, 2.0x Sunday, 2.5x public holiday. Indexation: +3% each 1 January 2027 and 2028.

Full-time pay runs from $1,024.41 per week ($26.96 per hour) at the entry level up to $2,647.28 per week at the top, across 27 classifications. A few examples:
