Who this agreement covers

WA fire alarm service/installation agreement for ARA Fire's Western Australian operations. Fire-protection-specific ladder: Electrical Fire Technician L1-L3 + Fire Alarm Tester L1-L2 with Appendix B position descriptions; apprentices and trade assistants priced as percentages of the EFT L2/L1 rates (Table A2). 8 ordinary hours 6am-6pm Mon-Fri; 40-hour worked week with 0.4 hr/day RDO accrual (13 RDOs/yr, 10-day bank cap). Casual loading 20% on 1/38th weekly rate, minimum 3-hour engagement; loading preserves holiday penalties.

Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $907.06 per week ($23.87 per hour) at the entry level up to $2,112.04 per week at the top, across 12 classifications. A few examples:
