The agreement was approved by the Fair Work Commission and sets the minimum pay for the staff it covers. Aurizon Port Services stevedoring workforce (Gladstone + interport rotations). 5-grade classification ladder: Grade 2 General Hand / 3 Ships Crane-Forklift / 4 Shore Crane / 5 Foreperson / 6 Team Leader. Compensation = hourly base rate with shift-day multiplier matrix per clause 15.4 - the shift-of-day premium and day-of-week premium combine into a SINGLE multiplier (not additive): Mon-Fri Day 100%, Evening 150%, Night 200%; Saturday all-shift 200%; Sunday all-shift 250%.

Full-time pay runs from $1,411.70 per week ($37.15 per hour) at the entry level up to $1,877.58 per week at the top, across 5 classifications. A few examples:
