Who this agreement covers

Australian Retirement Trust (ART) — Australia's second-largest super fund (~$240B FUM, 2.2M members) formed by the 2022 Sunsuper + QSuper merger. First foundational EA covers ART Pty Ltd, Precision Administration Services and ART People Services. Two classification groups: Group A (structured / OT-eligible) and Group B (specialist / OT only <$150k Base Pay). 36.25-hour week. 14% employer super. Generous family / wellbeing leave.

Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $1,211.54 per week ($33.42 per hour) at the entry level up to $1,634.62 per week at the top, across 2 classifications. A few examples:
