Who this agreement covers

Bank of Queensland (BOQ Group). Seven-Tier classification framework from Tier 1 (entry customer service) through Tier 7 (senior managers). Replaces BOQ EA 2018 and ME Workplace Agreement 2021 — ME Heritage employees retain a legacy 36.25hr/week stream. Rates effective from 1 September 2024 (Year 3, 38hr stream).

Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $1,075.38 per week ($28.30 per hour) at the entry level up to $2,132.02 per week at the top, across 7 classifications. A few examples:
