Covers Bartter Enterprises Pty Limited (ABN 22 000 451 374) employees engaged at the Company's farms located in the Riverina Region of NSW (Broiler Division based at Hanwood and Breeder Division based at Coleambally per clause 17.12.1). Bartter is part of the Baiada Group (Steggles brand). Fourteen Farm classifications: General Hand, Farm Hand L1/L2, Stock Hand, Leading Hand, Vaccination Crew L1/L2/L3, Farm Transporter 1/2/3, Rural Tradesperson (unqualified/qualified), Electrician. Rates from 30 June 2025 (the fifth and final scheduled column in the Agreement's rate table; the Agreement operates from 13 September 2022 after FWC approval on 29 August 2022 and expires 28 June 2026).

Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $913.14 per week ($24.03 per hour) at the entry level up to $1,480.48 per week at the top, across 14 classifications. A few examples:
