Who this agreement covers

Covers Bartter Enterprises Pty Limited (ABN 22 000 451 374) maintenance trades employees at the Company's facilities located in the Riverina area of NSW (clause 4.1). Bartter is the Baiada Group's poultry operator (Steggles/Lilydale brands). This is the NSW maintenance-trades workforce only - mechanical fitters, boilermakers, refrigeration mechanics, electricians, field service mechanics (mobile mechanical), hatchery/feedmill maintenance supervisors, plus 4-year apprentices on 60/70/80/90% of L1 (adult apprentices paid 3rd-year rate for first 3 years).

Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $936.32 per week ($24.64 per hour) at the entry level up to $1,767.00 per week at the top, across 17 classifications. A few examples:
