Covers Bartter Enterprises Pty Limited (ABN 22 000 451 374) employees engaged at the Company's Hatcheries located in the Riverina region of NSW. Bartter is part of the Baiada Group (Steggles brand). Six Hatchery classifications: Hatchery Assistant L1/L2/L3, Leading Hand, Hatchery Truck Driver, and Hatchery Rural Tradesperson (Unqualified). Rates from 30 June 2025 (the first column in the Agreement's rate table; the Agreement operates from 17 July 2025, seven days after FWC approval on 10 July 2025). Annual increases of 3.5% from 29/6/2026 and 3% from 28/6/2027 and 26/6/2028.

Full-time pay runs from $970.52 per week ($25.54 per hour) at the entry level up to $1,321.26 per week at the top, across 6 classifications. A few examples:
