Covers Bartter Enterprises Pty Limited (ABN 22 000 451 374) employees engaged at the Company's Plant at 116 Howe St, Osborne Park, WA, 6017 (clause 4.1). Bartter is the Baiada Group's WA poultry processing operation (Steggles brand). This is the maintenance-trades workforce only: Trades Assistant, Maintenance MEX Controller/Storeperson, Maintenance Employee L1 (C9) / L2 (C8), Electrician L1/L2, Industrial Refrigeration Mechanic, Maintenance Planner, Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Coordinator, Maintenance Project Officer, plus 4-year apprentices (60/70/80/90% of L1) with adult apprentices on 3rd-year rate for first 3 years.

Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $1,032.46 per week ($27.17 per hour) at the entry level up to $2,001.84 per week at the top, across 15 classifications. A few examples:
