Covers Bartter Enterprises Pty Limited (ABN 22 000 451 374) employees engaged in Western Australia at the Company's poultry broiler/breeder farms and the Kewdale Hatchery. Bartter is part of the Baiada Group (Steggles brand). Two streams: Farms (General Hand, Farm Hand L1/L2, Stock Hand, Leading Hand, Vaccination Crew, Compliance Officer, Rural Tradesperson) and Hatchery (Hatchery Assistant L1/L2/L3, Leading Hand, Rural Tradesperson, Administration Clerk). Rates from 13 October 2025 (first increase under the Agreement).

Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $978.12 per week ($25.74 per hour) at the entry level up to $1,426.14 per week at the top, across 20 classifications. A few examples:
