BGC (Australia) Pty Ltd t/as BGC Transport - Buckeridge Group of Companies. WA-based heavy vehicle workshop covering tradespersons (mechanical / auto-electric fitters), welders, trades assistants and apprentices employed in Western Australia. Rates from the 2025 column of Clauses 5.5 and 5.6, applying from the first full pay period on or after 5 September 2025. Ordinary hourly rates are inclusive of tool allowance, laundry allowance and 17.5% annual leave loading (Clause 5.3 and 16.7). WA pattern: spread 5.30am-6.00pm; Sat / Sun 150%; PH 250%; afternoon shift 22.5%; night shift 30% (Clauses 15.3-15.7).

Full-time pay runs from $684.00 per week ($18.00 per hour) at the entry level up to $1,976.00 per week at the top, across 15 classifications. A few examples:
