Coverage extends across four Schedules: Schedule 1 Bulk Production Continuous Milling Roster (12-hr LOADED rates - Bulk Supervisor through Bulk Assistant Trainee); Schedule 2 Maintenance Non-Continuous 8-hr (Team Leader through Trades Assistant - ordinary hourly); Schedule 3 Maintenance Non-Continuous 10-hr (LOADED ordinary); Schedule 4 Bagged Production Non-Continuous 8-hr (Leading Hand and Operator L1-L3).

Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $1,265.02 per week ($33.29 per hour) at the entry level up to $2,297.48 per week at the top, across 23 classifications. A few examples:
