Who this agreement covers

Bitupave Ltd t/a Boral Asphalt - NSW and ACT bitumen and asphalt operations (asphalt plants and paving crews). AWU-only (no CFMEU despite being a road-construction agreement). Six wage Grades across 5 skill matrix tables (Asphalt, Spray Seal, Laboratory, Asphalt Production, Trades). 38 hr/week with 0.4 hr RDO accrual per 8 ordinary hours over 4-week cycle. Day shift 5am-6pm (Nov-Feb) or 6am-6pm Mon-Fri. Saturday OT 1.5x/2.0x; Sunday 2.0x; PH 2.5x. Shift Work Allowance 40% (replaced by 2.0x or 2.5x where shift commences on weekend or PH).

Full-time pay runs from $1,102.76 per week ($29.02 per hour) at the entry level up to $1,487.32 per week at the top, across 6 classifications. A few examples:
