AMWU is party. **Service Technician 3-level skill ladder** L1 (70%) → L2 (85%, adds CES PTW + CSR + Standard Installations + After-Hours On-Call) → L3 (100%, adds mentor). **State-based annual salaries** for NSW/QLD/VIC/SA. NOTE: VIC level numbering appears inverted in source (VIC L1 = highest, VIC L3 = lowest) — treat with care.

Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $1,501.02 per week ($39.50 per hour) at the entry level up to $2,223.25 per week at the top, across 12 classifications. A few examples:
