Who this agreement covers

BOC Lutana TAS industrial gas plant (Linde Group). Annualised salary model against 2092 hr/yr target - no separate Sat/Sun/PH/OT penalty schedule, salary absorbs all hours up to target. Excess hours: 1:1 TIL or cash-out (Appendix A Note). 3 levels + Team Leader x 2 duty tiers = 7 distinct salary points.

Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $1,269.63 per week ($33.41 per hour) at the entry level up to $1,805.55 per week at the top, across 7 classifications. A few examples:
