Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $638.02 per week ($16.79 per hour) at the entry level up to $1,907.22 per week at the top, across 30 classifications. A few examples:

What else it sets

  • Penalty rates for weekends, public holidays and overtime.
  • 2 allowances (for example Allowance/payment provision - 24.13. Other allowances applicable to this Agreement are outlined in Schedule B.; 25 Superannuat, Allowance/payment provision - 24.6. Due to the nature of the Team Lead’s role (which includes managing employee matters,; Schedu).
