Mobile Crane Hiring Award template. Site Productivity Allowance $3/hr (all hours on site). Fares & Travel fixed for life of agreement: $18.04/day FIFO camp, $23.04/day local. LAFHA $80/working day non-FIFO. Loaded Rate of Pay applies for all PH hours.
