Who this agreement covers

Boom Logistics crane/heavy-lift services at Blackwater (Central QLD coal mining region). Five Schedule A wage bands across Dogger, Rigger and Crane Operator streams. HYBRID structure: Loaded Rate (30% on Base) covers ordinary hours plus typical OT exposure; explicit penalty overlay still applies for actual Sat/Sun (+25% on Loaded), Night Shift M-F (+25%) / weekend Night Shift (+30%), Pre-5am start (+15%), PH worked (2x Loaded; Christmas Day or Easter Sunday 3x Loaded). 38hr/wk avg M-Sun, 12hr shift cap. Casual 25% loading on Base (published verbatim in Sched A) - night shift loading does NOT apply to casuals.

Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $2,094.94 per week ($55.13 per hour) at the entry level up to $2,494.70 per week at the top, across 9 classifications. A few examples:
