Hours 38/week averaged over a 4-week cycle - worked as 40hrs Mon-Fri with 0.05 hr ADO accrual per ordinary hour (banks to 80 hrs max). Spread 4am-6pm Mon-Fri. Night work 40% loading, Sunday day-work double-time, Public Holiday 2.5x. Comprehensive distant-work / living-away regime (road paving crews work away from home).
