Mining conveyor installation/maintenance/belt splicing. **Distinctive structure**: rates vary by ROSTER PATTERN. Three parallel rate tables: 2/1 Roster (intense FIFO, highest rates), 8/6 Roster Day+Night (mid), 8/6 Roster Dayshift only (lowest). Flat-rate model — weekend/shift premium absorbed via roster-based rate setting (no OT for Sat/Sun work). Trade Qualified $45/hr on 2/1 vs $41/hr on 8/6 Dayshift only. LAFHA $1000/wk (camp-supplied) or $200/day variants. Adult + Junior Apprentice scales on 2/1 roster.

Full-time pay runs from $1,216.00 per week ($32.00 per hour) at the entry level up to $1,710.00 per week at the top, across 8 classifications. A few examples:
