  • Aged Care - Hotel Services, Care Workers L1-L3 (Multi Skilled Cert III/IV ladder), Enrolled Nurses L1-L5/ASEN/Advanced Practice (no RN stream)
  • Disability Services - Hotel Services L1-L3, Disability Support Workers (Unqualified/Qualified/ Advanced/Team Leader), Enrolled Nurses (same EN ladder as Aged Care)
  • Commercial Services - Laundry Positions (Levels 1-9) + Catering Positions (Levels 1-10) shared-services arm

Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $1,055.26 per week ($27.77 per hour) at the entry level up to $1,587.05 per week at the top, across 78 classifications. A few examples:
