Covers Bupa Victorian aged care facilities — Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, Personal Care Workers, and ancillary staff. Rates shown effective from 1 July 2025.

Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $976.22 per week ($25.69 per hour) at the entry level up to $2,404.64 per week at the top, across 16 classifications. A few examples:

What else it sets

  • Penalty rates for weekends, public holidays and overtime.
  • 11 allowances (for example Uniform Allowance (per shift), First Meal Allowance, Night Shift Allowance (RN Grade 1)).
