Minimum pay rates

What else it sets

  • Penalty rates for weekends, public holidays and overtime.
  • 1 allowance (for example b) Footwear Allowance - On the first full pay period after 1 July each year all existing employees shall be paid a footwear allowance of (PDF 9, provision 12)).
