Community kindergarten dual-substrate agreement: Teachers (Schedule 1 Table 1, Bands 1-3, MA000077 Educational Services (Teachers) Award 2020, 37.5hr week) and Assistants/Educators & Inclusion Support (Schedule 1 Table 3, Grades U/1/2/3, MA000120 Children's Services Award 2010, 38hr week). 'As from 1-Jul-26' rate column operative as at 2026-07-06 (second of four 4%-stepped calendar-anchored columns). s.205A ACTIVE OVERRIDE: FWC struck the Agreement's own cl 1.12 delegates' rights clause (decision [4]) in favour of both MA000077 s.28A and MA000120 s.7A applying directly.

Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $1,174.53 per week ($30.91 per hour) at the entry level up to $2,400.32 per week at the top, across 18 classifications. A few examples:
