Cabrini Health, Health Professionals Agreement 2023 covers Health Professional staff across Cabrini's Victorian sites (Malvern, Hawthorn East, etc). 15 cohorts grouped into 4 rate tables: Group 1 (Medical Library, Cardiac, Nuclear Medicine, Health Information Mgmt, Medical Imaging), Group 2 (Physio, Social Work, Music/Art/OT, Exercise Phys, Speech Path, Podiatry), Sonography, and Pastoral Services. 38-hour standard week. Annual indexation: +3% on 1 October each year through 2026. Saturday/Sunday ordinary 1.5x, Sat/Sun OT 2.0x, PH 2.5x.

Full-time pay runs from $1,329.21 per week ($34.98 per hour) at the entry level up to $3,332.89 per week at the top, across 78 classifications. A few examples:
