Replaces Japara Administration Pty Ltd Victorian Aged Care Employees EA 2021 (AE513783). Covers Aged Care Employees (Appendix B - Wage Skill Groups 1-11 with General / Direct Care / Most Senior Food Services splits replicating FWC Aged Care Work Value Case Stage 2) and Nursing Stream (Appendix C - Enrolled Nurse Level 1-2 and Registered Nurse Level 1-7 + Nurse Practitioner).
