Calvary Health Care Tasmania's Health Professional + Support Services workforce (~490 employees) across its Tasmanian private hospital operations. Nurses are covered separately. Six streams: Administrative & Clerical, Health Professional, Technical Theatre, Technical CSSD, Operations, Pastoral Care. Standard 38-hour week. Annual indexation: +3% on 1 July each year through 2027. Saturday ordinary 1.5x; Sunday 2.0x; PH worked 2.5x. Afternoon shift +17.5%; Night shift +25%. Overtime: day workers 1.5x/2.0x tiered, shift workers 2.0x.

Full-time pay runs from $1,037.40 per week ($27.30 per hour) at the entry level up to $3,263.06 per week at the top, across 122 classifications. A few examples:
