Minimum pay rates
Full-time pay runs from $625.10 per week ($16.45 per hour) at the entry level up to $3,077.24 per week at the top, across 40 classifications. A few examples:

What else it sets
6 allowances (for example a. The Company may elect to pay Employees an amount of $120.00 per day in compensation for reasonable board and lodging, meal, suitable accommodation, provide three adequate meals each day and pay each Employee $15.00 per day for out of pocket expenses. 5.3.
