Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $1,176.10 per week ($30.95 per hour) at the entry level up to $1,582.70 per week at the top, across 5 classifications. A few examples:

What else it sets

  • Penalty rates for weekends, public holidays and overtime.
  • 2 allowances (for example 8.8 Higher Duties allowance / (2) A Level 5 printer will receive a higher duties allowance when directed to undertake the duties of a Shift Manager for a full business day. The higher duties allowance will be $, (1) An employee who is required to work overtime for more than two hours in addition to their normal shift will be paid a meal allowance of $17.55.).
