Who this agreement covers

Cement Australia single-enterprise agreement covering operators at the Geelong Packaged Products plant (290 Thompsons Rd, Geelong North, Vic 3215). Six classification levels (Operator L1-L6) with weekly rates derived from Schedule 1 fortnightly Year-1 column (effective 1 July 2025). 38 hrs/wk, day-shift 6am-6pm. Schedule 1 rates include all allowances/disability/penalty payments except Meal ($18.43/occ) and First Aid ($26.98/wk).

Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $1,147.88 per week ($30.21 per hour) at the entry level up to $1,487.65 per week at the top, across 6 classifications. A few examples:
