Who this agreement covers

Cement Australia single-enterprise agreement covering operators at the Geelong Packaged Products plant (290 Thompsons Rd, Geelong North, Vic 3215). Six classification levels (Operator L1-L6) with weekly rates = Schedule 1 fortnightly rates / 2: Year 1 (effective 1 July 2025) from operation on 22 December 2025, Year 2 (+3.5%, effective 1 July 2026) from the first pay period on or after 1 July 2026 (current); Year 3 (+3.5%) from 1 July 2027. 38 hrs/wk, day-shift 6am-6pm. Schedule 1 rates include all allowances/disability/penalty payments except Meal ($18.99/occ; $18.43 before the 2026 step) and First Aid ($27.79/wk; $26.98 before).

Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $1,188.06 per week ($31.26 per hour) at the entry level up to $1,539.72 per week at the top, across 6 classifications. A few examples:
