CHEP Griffith (NSW) Service Centre EA 2025 covers pallet pool service centre employees at 21-23 Harris Road, Griffith NSW. 5 Grades x 3 shift tables (Day Base, Afternoon Base+15%, Night Base+20%) = 15 pay points. Rates from FFPP on/after 17 October 2025 column (current as at 2026-06-04). Grade 1 Day $1,325.84/wk; Grade 5 Day $1,519.76/wk. 38-hr week. Casual loading 25%. OT Mon-Sat 150% first 3 hrs / 200%; Sun 200% min 4 hrs; PH 200% min 4 hrs. Allowances Meal $18.75/occ, First Aid $26.91/wk, HSR $17.00/wk. Distinctive 2-tier redundancy: pre-13 Nov 2010 hires get 4 wks/yr capped 52 wks; post-2010 hires NES.

Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $1,325.84 per week ($34.89 per hour) at the entry level up to $1,823.72 per week at the top, across 15 classifications. A few examples:
