Single-site pallet pooling service centre in Garbutt (Townsville QLD). 5 grades — Grade 1 induction/trainee through Grade 5 Team Leader. Day/Afternoon/Night shift rates as separate tables (Base / +15% / +25%). Indexation +3% annually Nov 2026 & Nov 2027. Standalone — excludes all other industrial instruments. Per FWC undertakings: Sat OT = 150% first 4 hrs then 200% (revised); spread 5:00am-5:30pm; Night 10pm-8:30am. Casuals must be Grade 2+ — no Grade 1 casuals.

Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $1,208.02 per week ($31.79 per hour) at the entry level up to $1,492.26 per week at the top, across 5 classifications. A few examples:
