CHEP Derrimut (VIC) Service Centre EA 2025 covers pallet pool service centre employees at 468 Boundary Road, Derrimut VIC. UWU-covered. 5 classification levels (L1A, L1B, L2, L3, Team Leader) x 3 shift tables (Day Base, Afternoon Base+25%, Night Base+30%) = 15 pay points. Note higher Vic shift loadings vs Griffith NSW (15/20%). Rates from FFPP from approval column (initial +3.5% increase; current as at 2026-06-04). Level 1A Day $1,157.19/wk; Team Leader Day $1,752.71/wk. 38-hr week. Casual loading 25% (additive on OT per Decision [7] undertaking).

Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $1,157.19 per week ($30.45 per hour) at the entry level up to $2,278.52 per week at the top, across 15 classifications. A few examples:
