CHEP Wagga Wagga (NSW) Service Centre EA 2025 covers pallet repair, washing, assembly, forklift operation and quality control employees at CHEP Australia's Wagga Wagga service centre. 5 Grades x 3 shift tables (Day/Afternoon+15%/Night+20%) = 15 pay points. Grade 1 $1,248.14/wk Day, Grade 5 $1,494.68/wk Day (FFPP on/after 13 Nov 2025, +3.5%). Next +3% on 13 Nov 2026, +3% on 13 Nov 2027. 38-hr week. Casual loading 25%. OT Mon-Sat 150% first 4hrs / 200%; Sun 200% (min 4hrs); PH 250% (min 4hrs). Meal allowance $19.06/occasion, First Aid $23.00/wk, HSR $15.00/wk.

Full-time pay runs from $1,248.14 per week ($32.85 per hour) at the entry level up to $1,793.62 per week at the top, across 15 classifications. A few examples:
