Clarence City Council (Tasmanian metropolitan local government, Rosny Park / Hobart eastern suburbs) Enterprise Agreement #12/2025 [2025] FWCA 3280. Single all-staff agreement covering Other Employees (Office / Admin / Professional, 37.5hr week) and Operations Group Employees (Depot / Outdoor, 38hr week) across a single ladder of 43 annual pay points (Appendix A3, Appendix C). Pay Points 1-3 are Operations Group unskilled entry; PP4-18 are shared by both streams with stream-specific role descriptors; PP19-43 are Other Employees only.

Full-time pay runs from $1,050.03 per week ($27.63 per hour) at the entry level up to $3,276.36 per week at the top, across 58 classifications. A few examples:
