Cleanaway Solid Waste Services ACT Enterprise Agreement 2022 (AE526296) covers Cleanaway Operations Pty Ltd employees performing waste management services in the Solids Waste Business Unit and Container Deposit Scheme (CDS) across the Australian Capital Territory. 7 Levels: depot hand trainee (L1) through to multi-system driver/instructor (L7); current rates from $30.04/hr (L1) to $44.20/hr (L7) per cl 17.2 '1 July 2025 (4%)' column. 38-hr week (cl 20.1); spread 5.30am-6.00pm Mon-Sun (cl 20.2.1) - 5.30am-6.00pm Mon-Fri only for pre-existing CDS Employees (cl 20.2.4); max 9.5 hrs ordinary per day, 7.6 on 5-on/2-off roster, 8.0 for pre-2022 CDS roster.

Minimum pay rates

Full-time pay runs from $1,141.52 per week ($30.04 per hour) at the entry level up to $1,679.60 per week at the top, across 7 classifications. A few examples:
